FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
- What materials do you engrave?
Wood, plastic, acrylic, leather, magnets. brass, aluminum,
stainless steel, stone, marble, and glass are some of the
more common materials we work with.
- What is considered local (for the free delivery)?
Telluride region, Rico area, Cortez, and Dolores areas.
In some cases, products may be mailed out.
- What are the engraving processes?
We do rotary engraving, laser engraving, and sand blasting
processes.
- What is your usual turnaround time?
Normal turnaround is 1-2 business days, or up to one week
for special orders.
- How do I get my photos or logos to you?
Digital files can be e-mailed to us in a JPG or EPS format.
PDF files do not work. Please contact us for specifics.
- Will you help me with my design?
Design services are available for an hourly fee. We are
happy to help you with layouts, suggested text, and design
ideas.
- Do you do special (bigger, one-of-a-kind) projects?
YES. That is where the "Custom" in our company
name comes in! Please call us with your ideas for a one-of-a-kind
gift or award!
